L’algue marine brune (Ascophyllum nodosum) est une source naturelle de min\u00e9raux importants, tels que l’iode, le calcium, le phosphore, le magn\u00e9sium et le potassium, ainsi que du fer, des vitamines B et C et<\/span>
\ndes acides amin\u00e9s essentiels.<\/span><\/p>\n
